Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, professional check-in and check-out service
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and route messages as needed
• Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and related documentation accurately
• Assist guests with requests, directions, local recommendations, and general property information
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to help resolve guest needs
• Maintain an organized front desk area and support smooth shift transitions
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, courtesy, and a solutions-focused approach
• Follow property procedures related to safety, security, and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation or property management systems
• Professional demeanor with a positive, guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
